About the Role and Your Impact:

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of Emotive’s revenue systems as we continue to scale. You’ll own the administration of these systems and be dedicated to helping build efficient, scalable, repeatable, and measurable processes along with providing end-user support for our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. 

You will sit within the broader Revenue Operations team and work alongside Sales Ops and other functionals to power our go-to-market engine. How You Will Contribute:

• Be the in-house expert administrator for the following systems and tools:  Hubspot, Outreach, Chilipiper and Salesforce. 
• Troubleshoot and refine flows, rules and processes to maximize efficiency of systems.
• Help onboard new users, troubleshoot issues and act as the liaison between our users and vendors.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting within SFDC.
• Optimize integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
• Maintain and manage a high level of data integrity for all core systems.

Skills You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Rev Ops within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company.
• 1+ Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification a Plus).
• Previous experience managing key revenue systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Gong, Salesloft, Marketo, etc..
• Ability to prioritize work, pivot quickly to new demands and priorities while driving a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at various levels and across different roles in the organization.
• Curiosity - you are constantly thinking of ways to make a system more efficient and organized.
