About the Role of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

FightCamp is looking for a highly motivated Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team. You're the ideal candidate if you're proactive, driven, and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills, and love to dive into the data. You will be a critical part of the Finance team and will help drive strategic decision-making as we continue to grow rapidly.

This person will help support business relationships with corporate leaders across the organization and will also partner closely with the entire Finance team.

What You Will Do

• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting for expenses and marketing Costs in close collaboration with the executive team
• Support monthly reporting process through partnership with our accountants as well as the broader Finance team
• Establish relationships across the organisation and be a key FP&A contact for all of your teammates
• Provide senior management with insightful analyses to explain trends and variances
• Develop and improve upon recurring reporting processes and assist in KPI preparation and analysis
• Identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities across FightCamp's business model
• Continuously look to increase efficiency through processes automation
• Build complex models with scenario planning to provide insight and tools which upper management will use to make decisions
• Run ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional leaders and management

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance
• Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics preferred
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills; advanced experience working with data visualisation tools
• Must be a proactive and highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication / collaboration skills, particularly the ability to explain complex concepts to non-financial audiences as the role involves building strong relationships across the organisation
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for creating new reports to drive insight into business KPIs
• Systems experience with ERP softwares
• Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies, consumer products and/or gaming preferred
