TubeScience is looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our thriving team! This role is remote flexible anywhere in the US. 

Quick ‘about us’:

We’re a data-driven video startup based in LA that’s grown to become the largest producer of video ads on paid social in the 4 years since founding. Collectively, our videos account for ~5% of all paid video views on Facebook and Instagram in North America and reach 100-200 million people per day.

What You’ll Do: 

As FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the Controller. This role will be supporting senior management in budgeting and forecasting related areas. You’ll serve as a key resource in accurately modeling and forecasting the business as well leading the strategic analysis that is used to inform critical business decisions.

Objectives

  • To develop the operating and financial plan required to achieve management’s strategic plan. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement and improve processes related to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis in high growth business.
  • Prepare summaries and present the monthly and quarterly financials.
  • Lead and coordinate the budget/forecast process in partnership with business leaders to deliver results aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze business & financial results providing insight and analysis to support the business in making strategic decisions.
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Client Growth, Creative Production, HR, etc.
  • Regularly present insightful analyses, reports and presentations on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant financial planning & analysis  experience. 
  • Experience applying accounting and financial principles, including cost/benefit and ROI analyses.
  • Superior proficiency with Excel & Google Sheets, complex financial modeling and financial systems.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and expense leverage.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, thrive in a face-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or CPA license is preferred but not required.
