We are looking for a talented, highly-motivated FP&A star! This person will be responsible for owning the company forecast model, working between the Finance department and the CEO. This hands on role requires strong analytical skills to model and evaluate the core business along with strategic/operational projects. The focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, workflow and analytical tools used by decision-makers across the company. This person will report directly to the VP of Finance with a dotted line to the CEO.

This is an ideal position for a hard-working individual who has strong analytical experience or  has worked in an FP&A, eCommerce environment. Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills are required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment and is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle challenging problems.

You Will:

• Manage the financial forecasting model; process integration and update monthly forecasts
• Analyze and Track performance and compare to forecasts
• Build financial models to evaluate strategic new initiatives
• Monitor key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics
• Develop insightful analyses for Executive and team leaders on critical business projects

You Have:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance/FP&A (media/tech or ecommerce preferred)
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Expert Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets functions (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs etc)
• Fluency in SQL, BigQuery 
• Tableau, Looker or similar dashboarding tool experience
• The ability to develop new and innovative solutions to complex problems - you're creative and curious!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
