What you'll do:

  • Review and analyze billing disputes and, when necessary, interact with customers to resolve payment issues and manually collect on receivables
  • Help customers understand their contracts, including billing frequency and contract terms
  • Partner with our support and revenue management teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Drive and lead process improvement and projects, ensuring awareness of downstream impacts of billing and collection processes
  • Participate in strategy development with future needs, scalability, and industry-leading standards in mind
  • Develop a deep understanding of UpKeep’s business processes, challenges, and opportunities
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams and deliver on ad-hoc projects as needed 

What you’ve done:

  • 1-3 years’ subscription-based collections, billing, or revenue analysis experience
  • 1 year of experience working with a subscription billing software (i.e. Zuora, NetSuite, Chargebee, Stripe, Chargify)
  • 1 year of experience using Excel & Salesforce.com experience 
  • Experience and comfortability with high-volume calls and emails 
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Incredibly detail-oriented and thorough 
  • Flexible to adapt within a fast-paced environment
  • Good work ethic and sense of responsibility

Location

We are a mostly remote team; however, our HQ is in Westwood Village near UCLA. Local employees love that we're surrounded by restaurants and stores.
