As the Banking Partnerships Specialist you will support the sourcing, selection and ongoing management of our partners who help Dave to execute against our fast-paced roadmap. You will help optimize Dave’s critical service providers to meet our aggressive growth strategy.

What you'll do:

• Implement the new vendor approval and vendor management process across the organization
• Schedule and manage quarterly vendor review meetings with key vendors
• Create detailed budget and cost optimization plans for key vendors
• Run point on terminating unused contracts and negotiating renewals
• Create one-page summaries of vendors and manage annual vendor questionnaires
• Be the point person for any vendor-related issues and handle ad-hoc troubleshooting
• Organize and maintain a large vendor database and provide clear reporting back to management on the status of renewals and other important contract terms

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience 
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven and analytical (e.g. cost modeling / QBRs, quotation analysis, supplier selection)
• Comfort with contracts, legal frameworks and negotiation
