Accounting Manager - Accounts Payable

About the role and about You:
We are looking for a fun, energetic, self-driven Accounting Manager with a motivating personality to get things done. You will work directly with the finance and leadership team to assist with the fantastic growth at Zwift, while ensuring the financial health of the company through preparing and maintaining financial records.
What you'll do:
- Manage a team of three including one senior and two staff accountants. Two of the three team members will be direct reports.
- Responsible for full US accounts payable process which includes reviewing bills and payment entries for completeness and accuracy, and timely processing payment of the employee reimbursements, credit cards, vendor, and inter-company invoices.
- Assist with the month-end close activities of the US parent entity including but not limited to fixed assets, deferred rent, prepayments, and accrued expenses.
- Be a key player in the NetSuite implementation involving accounts payable, fixed asset, and pre-paids.
- Oversee financial activities of an international subsidiary.
- Continue to enhance standard processes and procedures.
- Assist with the annual audit of the company’s financial statements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
What we're looking for:
- Global accounting experience with strong knowledge in US GAAP.
- 4+ years in accounting, financial and analytical roles.
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA preferred.
- Exposure to working in both a manufacturing and technology, startup, or SaaS businesses undergoing rapid growth and change.
- Previous experience with both public accounting firm and pre-IPO or publicly traded company.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bonus points for prior experience with NetSuite, Paramount Workplace, Expensify, or Dun & Bradstreet.
