About the Role

The Client Implementation Manager, working closely with the VP of Operations and the rest of the operation team leads, will carry primary responsibility to manage the implementation process for new accounts. To accomplish this, the Manager will collaborate with other internal teams to usher clients through different stages of the customer experience during the implementation process. This is a great chance to flex your leadership muscles by taking on an energetic team in a formative stage with their processes and daily activities. As their leader, you will mentor and manage them to accomplish individual success, seamless onboarding of new clients, process improvements, and cross-group collaboration.

The impact you will have:

  • Oversee and work with implementation/onboarding teams to ensure success 
  • Manage a team of proactive individuals and ensure they have the knowledge it takes to lead partners through a diverse and detailed process
  • Possess excellent communication skills (external and internal)
  • Ability to juggle and manage multiple objectives, clients, accounts, and team members at the same time
  • Monitor client patterns/onboarding issues and work with internal teams on process improvement to streamline and maximize every opportunity
  • Guide the tracking, data collection, and metrics management of our account relationships and activities
  • Set group objectives and KPIs and manage their activities to meet them
  • Mentor and guide your direct reports to help them play to their strengths and to grow into bigger challenges

What you bring to the role:

  • 4-7 years of experience managing others as direct reports with hiring responsibilities
  • Personal commitment to ensuring your group’s successful execution of their responsibilities 
  • An obsession with refining the process to achieve the best client experience and best performing partners
  • Mastery in the fundamentals of project management
  • Empathetic leadership style
  • Strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and stay on top of our business and the industry
