Smile Finders offers referrals for General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth) and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).
Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities under different names in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a company in growth and we are looking for qualified, team-oriented, people to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our business. We have over 45 years of collective management experience. Our offices are all beautifully appointed with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography. While our offices are very busy, we do not operate like a clinic. We desire to attract and retain quality-oriented staff that has excellent work ethic and communication skills. Job Description
- Leading the corporate finance team and overseeing the accounting day to day activities to include, payroll, back reconciliation, general ledger management, accounts payable and profit and loss reporting.
- Managing strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the partners and senior management team.
- Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
- Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to the partners and senior management team.
- Preparation and review of the monthly business performance report and coordinating annual tax processes with external accountant.
- Development and refinement of management accounting and reporting, including metrics/KPLS and enhanced business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 5 years experience in finance management in a medium scale corporate business
- CA/CPA qualification or Master's degree preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong analytical, modeling and commercial reporting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills specifically on pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookups, hlookups and nested formulas etc.
- Knowledge of the Quickbooks Enterprise and ADP software.
- Must be highly organized, able to lead a small staff to meet deadlines, etc.
Will have to pass basic background check and drug testing
