The Role:

At Logitech, we design experiences that help people create, achieve, and enjoy more. We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical, and collaborative Finance Manager to join our dynamic Global Finance organization.

In this critical role, you will be a trusted financial advisor and the core analytical engine behind our Services and Verticals businesses. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, accounting, and operations—managing full P&L support, guiding complex process implementations for new initiatives, and driving global forecasting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces ambiguity, and can seamlessly translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Own Full P&L Support: Drive the comprehensive financial management of the Services business, including the consolidation of OPEX planning, evaluating channel programs, and analyzing category impacts on overall performance.
  • Ensure Financial Integrity: Lead the ongoing accounting reconciliation of actuals versus bookings. You will be the ultimate gatekeeper for the accuracy and health of the Services P&L.
  • Act as a Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary Finance lead for the implementation of new services initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, IT and Operations stakeholders to guide process implementations required to accurately and scalably maintain the financial integrity of the Services P&L
  • Develop Reporting Framework for new business initiatives: Drive the ongoing assessment and refinement of business definitions for new strategic initiatives. Work cross functionally with IT and Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and develop reporting package that provides deep, data-driven insights to management team
  • Own Global Forecasting for new business initiatives: Consolidate and analyze regional sales and margin forecasts, providing leadership with a clear, accurate, and unified view of global performance and future trajectories

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting, preferably within a global technology, consumer electronics, or services-led organization.
  • P&L Mastery: Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-layered P&Ls, with a strong understanding of both OPEX planning and revenue accounting
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to act as a financial liaison on operational projects (e.g., backend system redesigns, global product/service rollouts). You can speak the language of IT, Operations, and Sales just as fluently as Finance.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced financial modeling skills with a track record of managing large datasets, defining reporting metrics, and restating historicals for accurate baseline comparisons.
  • Systems Proficiency: Strong experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Essbase, Tableau, OneStream) and a deep understanding of POS data integration.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for non-finance leaders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $95,000 and $130,000.   In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
