About the Role:
As a finance intern you will report to the Senior Financial Analyst / Manager and support our Corp FP&A functions. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing finance team and make an immediate impact. After engaging in a fun and useful onboarding process, you will be assigned to work on projects such as peer analysis and SaaS metrics benchmarking. What You’ll Do:
Understand how to conduct multiples-based and comparable company valuation analyses, with focuses on public filings, market data, and corporate disclosures
Demonstrate proficiency with and / or willingness to learn about key performance indicators and financial data for SaaS based businesses
Analyze financial statements and SEC filings to extract key financial and operational data
Aid with wide ranging, internal team initiatives to streamline efficiency in workflows, including automation of recurring tasks and validation of historic data
Work with systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive Planning
What You'll Need:
Pursuing a bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
Exemplary excel and data analysis skillset
Intellectually curious with a can-do attitude
Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for work product
Detail orientated while being able to multi-task
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic multinational environment
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with ability to communicate findings in a precise manner
Great communication both verbal and written
