You will be the Finance Controller for the Irvine Implant Manufacturing plant.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage team members and overall accountability for cost accounting activities for multiple plants and may recommend and implement changes to methods through several department managers
- Set finance strategy around efforts optimize business processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solution options
- Plan and direct multiple strategic cost accounting project portfolios activities including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects. Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues, etc. in collaboration with project managers
- Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria OR Master's Degree or equivalent in in Accounting or Finance with previous work related experience and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

- Cost Accounting and/or Global Supply Chain background
- CPA or CMA
- Global experience
- Manufacturing experience
- People Management experience

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $173,000 to $245,000 (highly experienced).
