About You
Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - FP&A who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization.
As a key member of Nutrafol’s FP&A team, you will drive strategic financial execution across both B2B and D2C channels, refine forecasting processes, and deliver performance insights that empower cross-functional teams. Your work will enhance Nutrafol’s financial visibility, accelerate decision-making, and support the executive team in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis across revenue, COGS, and key investment areas, supporting annual planning and operational reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally across B2B and D2C channels to analyze performance trends, pricing strategies, and margin optimization opportunities.
- Analyze expense drivers, including CAC, trade and promotional investments, to guide resource allocation and long-term planning.
- Build and enhance dynamic financial and operating models to inform strategic decisions, capital evaluations, and evolving business needs.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights, supporting Finance leadership in preparing materials for C-suite presentations and strategic discussions.
- Contribute to the development of scalable solutions, reporting processes, and planning tools that support business agility and insight delivery.
- Leverage tools such as Tableau and QuickBooks to mine complex data sets, track valuation-driving metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles that involve, financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity).
- Experience working within a high-growth eCommerce/CPG company (inventory-based business); start-up or recurring revenue-based business experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in managing large data sets, building and maintaining complex models; ability to create three-statement financial models.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or MS Dynamics is required.
- Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous business challenges through advanced data analysis and structured problem-solving.
