THE TEAM
As part of the Ticketmaster Contract Management team, the Ticketmaster North America Settlement team is a diverse group of professionals who serve as the trusted source of payment and required reporting for Ticketmaster’s client. Our team delivers accurate, reliable, and timely revenue share calculations for Ticketmaster client contracts located in the United States and Canada. Our team is also dedicated to providing excellent support to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and we are committed to meeting the challenges that come with the evolving business, regulatory and compliance landscape in which we operate.
THE JOB
We are seeking a finance administrator, to join our finance settlement team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recurring timely settlement payments which run weekly or as needed related to sales transactions on events for Ticketmaster Primary and Resale contracts. This role will also be responsible for publishing settlement reports to support accurate financial reconciliation of timely payouts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and bring strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively access departments.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Review and Process high volume weekly client settlement payments
Ensure timely and accurate payment of client related invoices
Publish weekly settlement reports
Investigate and resolve report publishing issues that prevent reports not visible in TM1
Maintain vendor records within proposal run for client payment frequency on advance and past performance (final pay clients)
Profit transfer payments for US and Canada
Monitor BP’s in errors with service charge discrepancies and settle contracts when resolved
Monitor Bank file transmissions and check for returned ACHs/Wires
Review any payment mismatches between detail vs summary report statements
Provide net zero amounts per client prior to weekly settlement payment
Monitor negative TM Aging reports.
Running and processing weekly trigger payments
Processing fixed payments (i.e advertising, sponsorship, rebate advances, etc)
Standard work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Month-end, Holiday Shifts may be required, including evenings and weekends.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, related field
2-5+ years of professional finance experience in a comparable role required
Strong process orientation with high attention to detail
Excellent in time management – organized and able to work with hard deadlines and utilize multiple resources at once
Accounts payable/receivable workflow familiarity
YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)
Ability to work across multiple time zones, countries, and adjust workflow as needed
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem-solving, ability to multi-task and partner cross functionality

The expected compensation for this position is:
$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
