SpecterOps is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist Americas West, to create and execute high-impact regional marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales to plan and run events, campaigns, and activities that connect SpecterOps’ identity security solutions with the right audiences. 
 
As the Field Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for a variety of in-person and virtual experiences, from regional events to executive dinners to targeted account-based programs. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every initiative ties to measurable business outcomes. 
 
We’re looking for a highly organized, results-oriented marketer who loves bringing people together, thrives on collaboration with Sales and Marketing, and can balance creative ideas with data-driven execution. 

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.  

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with frequent travel for events they are leading, conferences, quarterly for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings.  

  • Preferred candidate location: Western United States  
  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas. 

Responsibilities 

  • Plan, manage, and execute field programs including regional events, executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, and partner-led events 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop regional marketing plans that align with territory goals and pipeline needs 
  • Work with ABM manager to scale targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales and Demand Generation 
  • Partner with global marketing to localize and adapt messaging and content for regional use 
  • Coordinate all event logistics including contracts, budgets, vendor management, and on-site execution 
  • Develop post-event follow-up processes with Sales and SDR teams to ensure lead conversion and pipeline attribution 
  • Track and report on the performance of field programs, including ROI and pipeline impact 
  • Foster strong relationships with channel and technology partners to execute joint marketing programs 

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in field or event marketing 
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales to deliver programs that generate qualified pipeline 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously 
  • Experience with account-based marketing tactics and tools preferred 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Willingness to travel for events (up to 30% annually)
