DIVISION:
U.S. AutoForcePOSITION SUMMARYU.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support, maintain and grow the Tire One dealer marketing program. This role works closely with the outside sales team by educating and engaging strategically-identified prospective dealers on the benefits of the program and managing all enrollments. Once enrolled, the Field Marketing Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for these dealers and a liaison for all official program vendors. This position will be responsible for advising dealers on how to best take advantage of all program benefits in order to help build their business while strategizing to strengthen their relationship with U.S. AutoForce.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field position based on predetermined territory to focus on program growth and engagement
- Collaborate with outside sales team to identify prospects, successfully enroll, train, as well as helping members maximize program offerings
- Build relationships with participating vendors and become the field expert on all benefit details
- Provide monthly reporting on each Tire One member’s performance and utilization of all other program benefits
- Manage dealer 80/20 co-op funds, submissions and assist with reimbursement process
- Partner with social media vendor to help with content and posting for participating members
- Collect intelligence on competitor programs and summarize information in monthly report

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Highly organized and motivated to take initiatives
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals in technology, advertising, promotions, and events
- Ability to work independently, utilize mobile technologies for communication and manage time and resources effectively.
