Your role in our future
 

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, with 5-7 years of experience developing and executing end-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives on driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and optimizing campaign performance across digital, events, email, social, and paid media. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in demand generation strategy, audience segmentation, and performance measurement. We'd love to hear from you if you have a proven track record of building and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable impact!

  • Own the generation of qualified leads that enable the sales team to meet revenue targets
  • Develop and constantly iterate on measurable demand generation campaigns that perform at or above industry standards
  • Write compelling copy that converts for ads, the corporate website, landing pages
  • Work with the creative team to develop persona-based, high converting graphic and video ads
  • Develop resources that empower sales teams and align with shared goals.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and contractors as needed
  • Maintain or improve data management standards and database health
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with CoEs at Quadient and international marketing teams
  • Bring fresh ideas and stay updated on marketing trends and technologies.

Your profile

  • Experience in managing a piece of the business, in a marketing manager role/capacity, developing marketing plans and executing campaigns from that plan, successfully.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years in B2B field marketing experience with a proven record of driving revenue
  • Experience in Higher Ed, Corporate, or Retail is a plus
  • Expertise in multi-channel campaigns and digital strategies
  • Proficiency with Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

This position has a salary range of:

$75,500.00 - $127,600.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
