We are looking for a proactive, energetic and detail-oriented Field Marketer to lead our event and field marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing DeepJudge’s presence at legal industry conferences, client summits, and private events—ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand, supports the sales team, and drives engagement with key decision-makers.
This role will be responsible for ensuring high quality participation at industry conferences, and will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to align event strategy with pipeline goals, via strategies such as targeted dinners and executive roundtables. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative execution with focused operational rigour, and who understands the value of in-person experiences in enterprise sales.
What You’ll Do
- Own the planning, execution, and logistics of DeepJudge’s participation in legal tech conferences and related events.
- Identify opportunities for smaller-scale or regional events that support sales priorities.
- Partner with Sales to develop and align company events and programming with territory goals and account-based strategies in mind.
- Manage vendor relationships, event budgets, shipping, signage, and on-site support.
- Design and deliver memorable event experiences—from booth presence to private receptions and curated client gatherings—that all align with our brand and key messaging.
- Work with a designer and content marketer to produce event collateral, signage, and on-brand visuals and swag that all support a cohesive presence.
- Develop pre- and post-event workflows to drive attendance, engagement, and follow-up, in collaboration with our automation marketer, sales and CS. Track and report event performance, including qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, in legal technology specifically
- Strong project management and execution skills. You’re comfortable owning logistics end-to-end.
- Experience working closely with field sales or account-based marketing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to work a vendor relationship, negotiate effectively, and keep things moving.
- Known for delivering complex, high-impact experiences that are both ambitious and impactful.
- Ability to travel for in-person events as needed (approx. 20–30%)
What You Can Look Forward To:
- Shaping the trajectory of a fast-paced deep-tech company with world-class talent density
- Competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and a respectful, collaborative culture
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. If this role ignites a spark in you, but you're concerned about not meeting every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway – Just make sure to explain why you'd be a good fit.
This is important to us: DeepJudge is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
