Qualtrics has an exciting opportunity for a Field Events Manager dedicated to overseeing our scaled event activations and third-party events in America. This role is crucial for executing effective event strategies that contribute directly to revenue generation. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of event marketing knowledge and experience in B2B SaaS, showcasing a proven ability to manage both large and small-scale events that drive demand and strengthen our market position.
 
As a member of the Americas Field Marketing and Demand Generation team, you will collaborate closely with field marketing counterparts and the regional sales team to ensure our events are strategic, well-executed, and aligned with business goals.

Things You’ll Do
  • Strategic Execution: Lead the development and execution of event strategies that create new opportunities, drive deal acceleration and conversion, build key relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Creative Ideation: Think innovatively to design unique and impactful activations and events, both 1:few and 1:many, to effectively engage target audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with field marketers, sales teams, and broader marketing counterparts to implement high-touch marketing programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Create and execute a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign and event to enhance engagement and conversion post-events.
  • Logistical Support: Manage logistics and execution for a range of virtual and in-person events, including roundtables, workshops, dinners, and third-party sponsorships and activations, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to assess the effectiveness of each program through quantitative metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage invoicing and accounting processes for events, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across all regions.
  • Onsite Support: Travel to selected regions and provide onsite support for key events as needed.
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in event strategy execution in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ability to manage both large and small-scale events.
  • Proven track record of tying event and activation efforts directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator with an ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on execution, ensuring successful events aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of each month to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Experience with event management software and tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, and Qualtrics (preferred).
  • Excellent copywriting skills for promotional materials, invitations, and other event-related communications (preferred).
