Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is seeking a Sponsorship and Strategic Activations Manager responsible for the strategy and execution of our key Field sponsorships and event activations, including PGA, Delta Center, and Diamond Baseball Holdings. This role is critical to influencing deal acceleration and conversion, driving pipeline, brand awareness, and thought leadership to generate measurable results and revenue in the AMER market.
 
As a key member of the Americas Field Marketing and Demand Generation team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the AMER field marketing team, sales teams, and external partners, to create impactful and memorable experiences that align with our regional objectives.

Things You’ll Do
  • Strategic Sponsorship Management: Lead the negotiation, development, and execution of strategies for our key sponsorships, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand messaging.
  • Event Activation: Plan, coordinate, and execute activation strategies for sponsorships, creating engaging experiences that resonate with target audiences and align with regional ABM and GTM plans to maximize impact.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Successfully negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring that objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Revenue-Driven Results: Develop and execute activation programs that directly contribute to revenue generation, consistently showcasing examples of how initiatives tie into overall sales and marketing success.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align sponsorship initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in the execution of all sponsorship and activation initiatives, ensuring high-quality experiences and outcomes.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each sponsorship activation, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess ROI and impact, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Onsite Support: Travel to select events to provide onsite support and ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations.
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in event strategy and execution within B2B SaaS environments.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in sponsorship negotiation, management, and execution with major brands and events.
  • Proven track record of tying sponsorships and activation work directly to revenue outcomes, demonstrating a clear understanding of business impact.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, managing projects independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong execution skills, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support sponsorship events and activations.
  • Experience with event management software and tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Qualtrics (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around sponsorship initiatives (preferred).
