About The Role

CoreWeave is looking for a Field Business Development Manager to own and grow our most strategic partner relationships. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role sitting at the intersection of business development and go-to-market execution. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of tier-one partners — including NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and key technology partners — driving joint pipeline, co-sell motions, and mutual customer success.

This role is the partner-side equivalent of a field sales leader: you'll own relationships, carry influence targets, and be accountable for measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with CoreWeave's Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Business Development organizations to align partner initiatives with company priorities.

What You'll Do

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary field liaison for a portfolio of strategic partners, including NVIDIA, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and select technology ecosystem partners
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships at partner organizations, spanning business development and sales stakeholders
  • Develop and manage joint business plans, including co-sell targets, enablement milestones, and GTM initiatives
  • Represent CoreWeave at partner QBRs, field events, and executive briefings

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Drive co-sell and influence pipeline in collaboration with CoreWeave's field sales team and counterpart partner managers at NVIDIA and hyperscalers
  • Identify, track, and accelerate joint opportunities from sourcing through close, coordinating across both sides of the partnership
  • Develop territory-level partner plans aligned to regional sales priorities and quotas
  • Work with partner field teams to ensure CoreWeave is embedded in their customer conversations and solution architectures

Partner Enablement

  • Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and technical briefings to ensure partner sales and technical teams can effectively position and sell CoreWeave solutions
  • Develop joint solution plays and reference architectures in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product Marketing
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CoreWeave's product portfolio and competitive differentiation, and translate this into partner-facing messaging and materials

Ecosystem Development

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate new partnership opportunities and recommend prioritization based on strategic fit and revenue potential
  • Contribute to CoreWeave's partner program development, including tier frameworks, incentives, and co-marketing structures

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report on partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics
  • Provide field-level feedback to the central Business Development and product teams on partner needs, gaps, and competitive dynamics
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activity and pipeline in Salesforce
What We're Looking For

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or a related field-facing role at a cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software company
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or major technology ecosystem partners
  • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced revenue and executing co-sell motions in a field environment
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels inside both CoreWeave and partner organizations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at or with NVIDIA, AWS, Google Cloud, or MSFT Azure in a partner or alliances capacity
  • Background in GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, Model Ecosystem, MLOps
  • Familiarity with cloud co-sell programs (e.g., AWS ACE, Google PSO/ISV programs)
Location

This is a field-based role. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following:

  • San Francisco, Sunnyvale
  • New York

Travel of approximately 30–40% is expected, including partner site visits, customer meetings, field events, and internal offsites.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
