As a Fall Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with amazing teams in areas like Digital/Social, Graphic Design, Label Ops, and more. You'll be embedded on one of these teams and get hands-on experience.

We have three in-person internship locations this Fall:

  • Big Loud Records in Nashville, TN

  • Big Loud Rock in Santa Monica, California

  • Big Loud Texas in Austin, Texas

Our internships are in-person Monday through Thursdays, 20 hours per week. The Internship session will run from September 14 - November 19th.

We have weekly lunch & learns and you'll get to collaborate with your intern colleagues. You'll learn from the best in the business and build friendships and professional connections that will last a lifetime.

Responsibilities: (specific responsibilities are based on which department you are in)

  • Own a set of department-specific projects and tasks and deliver them on time

  • Attend day-to-day meetings and support the team with entry-level work

  • Compile reports for team, which can include a variety of metrics, pulling data and compiling data into a presentable format

  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as filling in detailed spreadsheets, filing, scheduling meetings and other items as needed, helping with office tasks related to department needs, making copies, presentations, packing promotional packages and more.

  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets, databases, etc.

  • Other marketing related tasks like creating graphics and content, managing social media accounts, Shopify stores, etc. (depending on department)

  • Support Big Loud/Big Loud Rock at industry events, award shows, press events, marketing events, photo and video shoots, etc. (depending on department)

  • Collaborate with internal teams and your intern peers on your final project

  • Come up with creative ideas and solutions to help support the team

  • Be a sponge and learn as much as you can

About you:

  • Have a passion for music, pop culture, and entertainment

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, on-site in one of our offices

  • Deep interest and passion for the music business

  • Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

  • Pay in Nashville, TN is $15.00/hour

  • Pay in Austin, TX is $15.00/hour

  • Pay in Santa Monica, CA in $18.50/hour
