Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are seeking a reliable and observant Facility Access Coordinator to join our team at our Fresno facility. This is an unarmed, plain-clothes position focused primarily on facility access control, monitoring, and supporting Revivn's workplace access policies. The Facility Access Coordinator is not a licensed or registered security officer and does not carry any weapon of any kind. The role involves observing and reporting concerns, rather than performing security enforcement.

The Facility Access Coordinator will monitor designated facility entrances and exits, support employee screening procedures, document security-related activity, and escalate concerns to appropriate Revivn management or emergency services when necessary.

This full-time role is based on-site at our Fresno facility, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse premises
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity without physical intervention, detention, or use of force
  • Provide assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors as needed
  • Report any hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management
  • Work closely with management and external authorities when necessary
Requirements
  • Prior experience in security, access control, risk mitigation, or a related field preferred
  • Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and appropriately escalate issues to management
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful during difficult or stressful interactions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing assigned duties. This typically involves walking or standing for up to 20 hours a week, up to 40 hours
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and professional workplace

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application. We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

The salary for a Facility Access Coordinator is $20-22/hr.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
