Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Specialist to grow our wholesale buyer network and drive revenue across a diverse mix of used technology and equipment! Based at our Fresno facility, this role combines sales, business development, pricing, and inventory strategy. You’ll manage existing buyer relationships, develop new ones, and work closely with Operations to determine how inventory should be grouped, marketed, and sold. You don’t need previous ITAD experience. We’re open to candidates from automotive, equipment, service, door-to-door, and other sales environments where relationship-building, negotiation, and strong sales instincts are essential.

Please note that this role is based on-site at our Fresno facility.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale buyers
  • Build relationships with existing buyers to generate repeat business and increase sales volume
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize revenue across wholesale transactions
  • Evaluate inventory based on condition, specifications, buyer demand, and current market value
  • Find buyers and sales opportunities for a wider variety of technology and equipment
  • Partner with Operations to group inventory into marketable wholesale lots
  • Establish guidelines with Operations for which products should move through wholesale channels
  • Provide timely pricing for unusual equipment and support internal teams with client quotes and valuations
  • Help determine when resale value may support reducing or waiving client pickup fees
  • Manage wholesale orders from buyer commitment through shipment
  • Maintain accurate buyer, pricing, and transaction records
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, recovery value, and the overall buyer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • At least two years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing revenue role
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close business
  • Strong sales instincts and confidence discussing price and value
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to recognize new market opportunities
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment
  • General computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • A collaborative approach to working across Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Finance
  • Interest in learning about used technology and secondary-market pricing
Bonus
  • Experience in automotive sales, equipment sales, wholesale, liquidation, distribution, recommerce, or electronics
  • Experience pricing or selling used inventory
  • Familiarity with inventory management, CRM, ERP, or wholesale trading platforms
  • An existing network of wholesale buyers

Within your first year, success will include expanding Revivn’s active buyer network, contributing to consistent wholesale revenue growth, increasing the types of products we can successfully sell, and improving turnaround time for internal pricing requests.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. The base salary for an Wholesale Sales Specialist is expected to be $70,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $78,000 and $86,000 per year, including performance-based bonuses or commissions. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
