Operate and Maintain HPM Systems
- Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hazardous production material systems supporting manufacturing operations.
- Maintain bulk chemical systems, specialty gas systems, chemical distribution systems, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), valve valve manifold panels (VMPs), gas cabinets, chemical delivery equipment, and associated infrastructure.
- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HPM equipment and support systems.
- Ensure safe and reliable delivery of chemicals and gases to manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine inspections of HPM equipment to identify abnormal conditions and potential failures.
