Must have two to three years of recent assembly, brazing, soldering, and tig welding experience in a manufacturing environment.  Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. Must be versatile and possess a good command of the English language both oral and written.  Must possess a laser sharp focus to detail.

EDUCATIONAL OR SPECIAL TRAINING REQUIRED: Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.  Ability to read and write in English.  Must be a quick learner and be able to follow procedures and written documentation to build products.   Also, must be willing to learn and complete audits on 5S, kanban and participate in continuous improvement activities. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, have good manual dexterity and vision and must be able to lift 35-50 lbs. Must be able to work with steady hands and good eyesight.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

Must pass a basic Math and English test with 75% accuracy.
