Fabric Cutter (Fullerton, CA)

THE ROLE 

Avocado is currently looking for a Fabric Cutter to be part of the Cut and Sew team, responsible for cutting and handling fabric to be used in the production of our eco-friendly organic products..

*Note on Location: You will be working on-site at one of our Fullerton locations. 

*Note on Pay Transparency:  The pay range for this role is $21.00-$24.56 hourly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON…

• Spreads fabric on machine table preparatory to cutting

• Draws guide lines or markings on materials or workpieces using patterns or other references.

• Separate cutting waste, unloads cut fabric parts from table and bundles cut pieces together

• Computes dimensions of patterns according to sizes, considering stretching of material.

WHAT YOU BRING…

• Minimum of (1) years of experience in sewing in a production manufacturing work setting environment.

• Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations

• Report incident injury and hazard to managers

• Able to identify work hazard situations

• Regular and predictable attendance
