Prepare and spread fabric on cutting tables, mark patterns, compute pattern dimensions, separate waste, bundle cut pieces, and follow safety and attendance requirements in a production sewing environment.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; process orders (EDI, email, NetSuite); coordinate shipping (FedEx, UPS WorldShip); handle replacements, cancellations, warranty claims, and order tracking; monitor inventory and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and meet departmental performance goals.

Receive, inspect, process, and ship merchandise; maintain inventory accuracy; enter data into systems and spreadsheets; coordinate with carriers; follow safety and OSHA guidelines; assist other warehouse functions.

Create and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, monitor work orders and inventory transactions, coordinate materials and transfers, optimize production flow and capacity, support NetSuite ERP data accuracy, collaborate with purchasing, customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams, and assist with inventory planning and continuous improvement.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, process orders via EDI and ERP, coordinate shipping (FedEx/UPS WorldShip), handle replacements/cancellations/tracking, triage inquiries, monitor inventory and communicate updates, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing to meet performance goals and support operational efficiency.

Administer and optimize Workday HR systems, lead People & Development initiatives, improve recruitment and onboarding processes, ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance, support escalated employee relations, and enable workforce reporting and analytics to scale HR operations.
