The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As a Demand Planning Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead the demand planning process best practices to develop a consensus and unconstrained demand plan

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop the demand plan for US and Canada (Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Manufacturing Operations)

• Lead weekly and monthly meetings S&OP meetings that feed IBP processes

• Use exception planning to identify and root cause issues.  Drive resolution to improve performance

• Effectively manage KPIs and metrics to gain optimization throughout the supply chain

• Proficiency in running data analytics that drive decision making to meet Key Performance Indicators of a Top Tier Company

• Willingness to learn and grow in Supply Planning utilizing ERP systems, AI and Microsoft 365 applications

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany and/or Transportation

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany and/or Transportation

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• APICS CPIM Certification

• Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP (S4Hana a bonus), Power BI

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Additional experience Production and / or Supply Planning

• Action Oriented with proven results

• Statistical and analytical tools including forecast modeling, S&OP, IBP

• Excellent communication: written and verbal with strong leadership

• Experience working cross functionally across different global regions

• Experience representing Supply Chain Professions on behalf of all 3 disciplines (Demand, Planning and Production)

Work location:

• Hybrid – Maplewood, MN

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic and international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
