We are looking to build a strong experiential team that will utilize our office campuses to host events / activations, conferences and speakers’ series as well as provide activation support for our clients.
Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
As an Experiential Production Coordinator, you will work directly with the Executive Director, Producer to support all aspects of activation production/logistics. This position will support the Executive Director, Producer and external Production Teams in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
What a day in the life will look like:
● Support the planning and execution of vendor logistics and production
● Manage vendor relationships.
● Source materials and locations and obtain permits.
● Pre-event production, onsite day-of and post-event break down.
● Ensure timely and regular program updates to the internal team and client.
● Draft activation and recap decks.
Administrative support:
· Help meet deadlines, track projects, and budgets.
· Assist with set-up and administrative duties.
· Conduct vendor sourcing and selection.
QualificationsWhat you need to succeed:
● 1-2 years’ experience in event production or activation role.
● No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing workload. Organized and ability to address feedback quickly.
● Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Storytelling to sell a vision and/or POV.
● Excellent communication and people skills.
● Excel in attention to detail and time management.
● A high level of organization and negotiating ability.
● Strong work ethic.
● Ability to build strong relationships.
● A high competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities; including KeyNote, Excel and Google Office Suite.
● Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business.
● Bachelor’s degree.

* Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 salary range
