We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Harness) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, California.
This position's internal job code is Production Operations Specialist. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
  • Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
  • Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
  • Conducts staffing and cost analyses
  • Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
  • Represents manufacturing on production related issues

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift:
This position is for 2nd shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • More than 1 year of hands on experience building wire harnesses
  • More than 1 year of experience leading teams
  • More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)

Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100
Millennium is a DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance. Additionally, applicants must be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance. We encourage all interested candidates to apply for any open position for which they feel they are qualified.
