What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
  • Convert leads into showroom appointments
  • Follow up consistently and build strong customer relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
  • Manage customer communications through our CRM system
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
  • Proven track record of appointment setting and sales performance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
