Product Designer – Private Bank Digital, Advisor Experience, Senior Associate 

Description

Are you ready to shape the future of private banking for advisors at the world’s premier global financial institution? We’re seeking a talented Product Designer (Senior Associate) to drive the evolution of advisor-facing digital experiences within the Private Bank, with a core focus on alternative investment products.

As a hands-on designer, you'll simplify complex investment workflows into seamless, intuitive experiences that empower advisors to evaluate, recommend, and execute with confidence. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and fellow designers to deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions that balance regulatory rigor with design clarity, creating measurable impact on advisor efficiency, compliance accuracy, and client outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute UX/UI design for advisor-facing investment experiences, translating complex investment concepts and workflows into intuitive, compliant, user-centered solutions 
  • Deliver high-quality design assets, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications that accelerate build and ensure design consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across advisor desktop and tablet contexts 
  • Design within established design systems and know when to recommend a new pattern or component if needed 
  • Collaborate with multiple product managers, engineering and cross-functional partners to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences
  • Present and clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders, using data and research to advocate for advisor and client needs while meeting operational and compliance requirements 
  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices, ensuring every product delivers exceptional value
  • Apply the latest AI, emerging technologies to accelerate prototyping to keep our experiences at the cutting edge of digital finance

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Portfolio link required in resume (please include passwords if protected)
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product or experience design, with a proven track record of executing and delivering user-friendly solutions and scaling digital products
  • Experience designing in regulated, data-rich environments; ability to translate complexity into clarity without sacrificing rigor
  • Experience designing secure, authenticated digital products, ideally investment products or advisor investing workflows in private banking, asset management, brokerage, or an investing platform 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with global teams across time zones
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with experience partnering with product managers and teams
  • Proficiency in Figma and hands-on usability testing
  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance design craft, accelerate rapid prototyping and partner effectively with product and technology teams
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days per week
