Executive Producer: Wargaming and Simulations

Battle Road Digital, part of Onebrief, applies state-of-the-art innovations and experience from the video game industry to build the future of simulations, modeling, and operations with AtomEngine – our proprietary cloud-based game engine that’s making the world playable.

AtomEngine simulates planet earth in real-time. We create operational plans to keep people safe, from conflict and disaster zones to events such as LA28.

We operate at the intersection of game-engine technology, mission-critical government programs, and high-velocity technology startups.

Who You Are

At Battle Road, real-time simulation is what we do. As Executive Producer: Wargaming & Simulations, you enjoy 'grappling with reality.' This may be the reality of tech teams' operational capacities, agentic AI, or our planet's potential for force majeure and human conflict. Your (EQ + IQ) will help keep people safe in real-time. You understand that we play how we practice, and “The 7 Ps” ensure performance.

What You'll Do

  • Architect the operating system that ensures our government programs execute predictably, scale intelligently, and meet mission critical outcomes under pressure.

  • Make the possible, pragmatic. You “see the board,” working with engineering, product, and creative leadership to form, fuel, and execute on a unified vision.

  • Take ownership across our product, from concept to creation.

  • Key decision maker along with counterparts in Product and Engineering

  • Be a high EQ, active listener. Our customers inform, adopt, and evangelize our product

  • Build and Lead teams: You operate by the Pareto Principle and understand how to both assemble and empower top talent that delivers world-class outcomes.

  • Steward complex, multi-stakeholder client programs at the executive level, from gaming to government.

  • Experiment and Learn: This is a new field. We believe teams come from diverse, interdisciplinary backgrounds, embracing ego-free collaboration as we invent the future.

What We Look For

  • 8–12+ years of program management experience in software development

  • 3+ years leading $MM programs in U.S. federal or defense environments

  • Active or prior U.S. security clearance (or eligibility)

  • Due to federal contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
