The Boeing Company is looking for an Executive Office Administrator (EOA) based out of Tukwila, WA. This position will support the Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) E-7 Program Vice President/Program Manager and other Executives within the organization.
The EOA will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment supporting calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting, logistical planning for internal and external events, and coordination with other senior executive offices across Boeing.
The desired candidate must have strong interpersonal, organizational, collaborative, time management skills, enjoy music and love to have fun at work! The E-7 program is a global military defense program with teammates and suppliers all over the world (UK, Korea, Aus, Turkey, Canada, etc), ability to interface with many different cultures, personalities and time zones a must.
This Position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week. The E-7 program has 7+ executives and 1,000 employees in Tukwila alone. The leadership team is early morning (given international customer time zones, especially with UK), based on this, being in the office 7am - 3pm would be required daily.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Prioritizes and schedules senior executive-level employee time and availability with a strong focus on balancing meetings and opportunities for dedicated work
  • Plans and implements logistics for senior executive-level internal and external events
  • Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors travel logistics, generates expense reports, provides visibility of report status, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges and verifying payments to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communications to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Communicates a wide variety of information with multiple audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Tracks and maintains information relevant to organizational operations and schedules
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources, such as office supplies
  • Provides guidance to less experienced employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
  • 5+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and engaging with executives and their leadership teams to coordinate priority needs, support internal and external events, and provide effective travel arrangements
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating and processing travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges
  • 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leveraging technology and business applications to manage and interpret data relevant to responsibilities for problem identification and resolution
  • Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience building positive relationships with peers and leaders, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
  • Experience acting as a liaison between executives and their support staff to ensure proper coordination and communication

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
$77,350 - $104,650
