💼 Performance-Based FellowshipLeadership isn't measured by hours worked—it's measured by outcomes created.
The SLBG Fellowship uses a performance-based compensation model that recognizes meaningful contribution, milestone achievement, and successful program completion.
Successful Fellows may earn performance-based bonus compensation of up to $10,000 during the Fellowship, depending on achievement of program milestones, organizational impact, and overall performance.
In addition to bonus opportunities, Fellows receive executive mentorship, AI-enhanced leadership development, portfolio-building experience, and priority consideration for future leadership opportunities throughout the JPGE ecosystem.
🌍 Beyond the FellowshipSuccessful SLBG Fellows become members of the Alumni Engagement & Advancement Network—an ongoing leadership community providing continued mentorship, collaboration opportunities, professional development, strategic introductions, and early access to future leadership opportunities across the growing JPGE ecosystem.
