We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director, Supply Chain Planning (Partner Planning), to join our team. This leader will be responsible for defining and driving a best-in-class partner planning strategy that aligns commercial objectives, partner ecosystem capabilities, and financial outcomes across the U.S. Channel Business. This role requires deep expertise in partner-led planning, strong executive leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and external partner stakeholders to drive growth, innovation, operational excellence, and improved business performance. and ensuring the seamless flow of products through the supply chain to meet the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing the network and processes, and ensuring the seamless flow of products through the supply chain to meet the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders.

Your Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for partner planning, leveraging industry best practices and competitive insights.

  • Supply Chain (Partner) Planning Excellence: Establish and scale a globally aligned partner planning framework that integrates demand, supply, and financial considerations across the partner ecosystem.

  • Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partner organizations, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution through partners.

  • Demand & Supply (Partner) Strategy: Oversee demand planning in collaboration with partners, including forecasting, market analysis, and joint business planning to optimize growth and customer outcomes.

  • Supply & Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure partner capabilities, capacity, and fulfillment models are aligned to meet demand while optimizing cost and service levels.

  • Financial Integration: Partner with finance to align partner plans with financial targets, ensuring accountability for revenue, margin, and investment outcomes.

  • Performance Management: Define and track KPIs to measure partner performance, planning effectiveness, and business impact, driving continuous improvement.

  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify risks and opportunities across the partner ecosystem, including capacity constraints, partner performance, and market dynamics, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Executive Communication: Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership on partner strategy, performance, and planning outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering expertise in partner planning and ecosystem management.

  • Change Leadership: Drive transformation initiatives related to partner strategy, planning processes, and enabling technologies.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain (partner) strategy, planning, or supply chain leadership roles, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment

  • 6+ years of in an executive leadership capacity, successfully leading organizations through multiple levels of management.

  • Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, joint business planning, demand forecasting, and operational execution in complex global environments.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Experience with planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and partner or ecosystem planning tools; implementation experience preferred.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect partner strategies to financial outcomes.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, including executive-level partner engagement.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience driving large-scale transformation, including process optimization and technology enablement.

  • Familiarity with data science and AI/ML applications to enhance planning and partner performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments and deliver measurable results.

  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated impact at scale.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $206,900.00 - $372,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
