Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Required Education: Advanced degree or master's degree in business or health administration from a top tier university with a consistent outstanding academic record.
Required Experience: 10+ years in management consulting or within consulting function of health system or other business in an applicable industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated knowledge with financial, business and analytic applications and processes
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with working with complex financial data sets
- Strong skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment with demonstrated skills working with all levels within an organization including Executive team and Board
- Ability to frame analytical questions, perform financial analyses and communicate related results
- Ability to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
- Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
Travel Requirement: variable depending on project work
Preferred Experience: 15+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company.
