As a Sales & Business Enablement, Executive Director in CRE you will be a critical member of the CRE leadership team. You will utilize your relevant experience, deep understanding of the client skills and practice management concepts to help bankers become more productive and trusted client advisors. As a member of the team, you will partner closely with leaders in the CRE business, Business Support Management, and other internal sales tools and functional partners to drive skill building and sales enablement efforts across CRE.

As a Sales & Business Enablement, Executive Director in CRE you will be a critical member of the CRE leadership team. As a member of the team, you will partner closely with leaders in the CRE business, Business Support Management, and other internal sales tools and functional partners to drive skill building and sales enablement efforts across CRE.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads execution of strategic priorities in alignment with Commercial Bank objectives by working across the business
- Activates the salesforce by designing and leading coaching sessions, best practice sharing, and sales initiative execution
- Partners with the Digital, Data and Products (DDP) team in prioritizing sales tools investment and adoption
- Collaborates with the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in targeting revenue generation opportunities
- Engages Treasury Payments product and sales leads in prioritizing product investment agenda
- Focuses on gaining efficiencies within the sales organization to increase productivity and capacity (i.e. processes, procedures etc.)
- Leveraging data/analytics from business management to activate sales process / activity
- Understands the business needs, sales practices, and pain points of those specific bankers, first person proximate to the business
- Works closely with and is the key point of contact for client segment leadership to drive in-market behavior change
- Streamline feedback loop between the business and client segment strategy
- Leverages data assets of the firm to better inform bankers of our industry acumen
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 8+ years relationship management experience in a commercial banking setting with a focus on real estate
- Sales enablement experience enhancing the performance of banking teams
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Strong, demonstrated technology and digital experience
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups
- Ability to effectively prioritize, determine key needs and execute tasks with limited direction, exercise discretion and sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
- Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Formal credit training
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as ability to learn new technologies (Survey Monkey, SharePoint, etc.)
