Job Description
As an associate in the ICAM team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for J.P. Morgan's engagement with its largest and most sophisticated investor clients. You will lead initiatives that enhance global connectivity and drive business growth across Markets & Securities Services. Your strategic insights and leadership will support Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) in delivering value to our priority institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Collaborate with SRMs to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the ICM client population.
  • Client Engagement: Lead high-level client interactions and engagements, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and AI/LLM technologies to generate actionable insights and drive efficiency in client management. Identify trends, areas of outperformance, and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across global teams and lines of business to ensure seamless client service and information flow.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including the development of client-specific publications and strategic briefings for senior management.
  • Innovation and Efficiency: Drive innovation in client management processes, utilizing technology and data to enhance client intelligence and partnership efforts.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in a relationship management or client-facing function, with a strong understanding of Markets products and services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage complex projects.
  • Expertise in leveraging data analytics and AI/LLM technologies to drive strategic insights and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
