About this Role:
The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Manager, Sunnyvale will report to the Senior Director of Executive Programs and Engagement and serve as the on-site lead for CrowdStrike’s newly constructed EBC. As EBC Manager, you will partner closely with Sales and the Office of the CTO to host executive briefings and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the EBC, including managing planning processes, timelines, speaker programs, stakeholder communications and enablement, executive engagement, and support the successful execution of briefings onsite in Sunnyvale. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with internal stakeholders, overseeing the onsite experience, and ensuring each engagement reflects CrowdStrike’s high standards and customer-first mindset.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a background in both operational excellence and executive briefings. You are skilled in building partnerships, managing complex programs, and delivering consistently high-quality experiences. You must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver on both strategic and tactical program initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Sunnyvale, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and execution.
Act as an internal ambassador for the Sunnyvale EBC program by leading information sessions, center tours, sales enablement efforts, QBR presentations, and regular internal communications.
Build strong partnerships with Sales, Product Marketing, and the Office of the CTO to recruit, retain, and recognize expert speakers through a formalized Discussion Leaders Program.
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with marketing teams, product managers, executives, and executive administrators to streamline briefing processes and ensure alignment.
Manage the EBC facility and its infrastructure, including customer logistical needs, hospitality services, vendor relationships for both internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Facilities, AV, IT and key vendors to deliver seamless logistics, venue setup, and a high-touch hospitality experience.
Establish and uphold best practices, playbooks, and operational frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all briefings.
Own and manage the EBC operating budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and clear tracking of expenditures.
Responsible for inventory management and tracking, ordering supplies and materials.
Manage staff and speaker Facilitation training programs.
Compile and analyze key performance metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize briefing management systems and internal tools to enhance the experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed of CrowdStrike product and solution developments to ensure briefings reflect the latest capabilities and value.
Lead and support special projects as assigned.
Briefing Program Responsibilities:
Evaluate briefing requests based on factors such as sales impact, revenue potential, attendee seniority, market segment, and stage in the sales cycle.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of executive briefings for high-value customers, ensuring every engagement is customized to business goals and aligned to sales opportunities.
Advise account teams on briefing strategy, recommended agenda structure, speaker selection, and demo integration to maximize impact.
Drive intake calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to account teams from initial request through execution-crafting tailored agendas, identifying and preparing appropriate discussion leaders, and facilitating prep calls.
Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to design and deliver briefings that address customer priorities.
Facilitate on-site briefings as needed, including: opening and setting context, validating objectives, introducing discussion leaders, managing transitions between topics, noting key actions, and closing with a clear summary.
Lead and coordinate briefing prep calls to ensure discussion leaders are aligned with customer objectives and prepared to deliver impactful sessions.
Serve as a consultative partner to account teams, ensuring the customer experience is seamless, personalized, and aligned to both customer and business goals.
Evaluate each briefing in real-time, making purposeful adjustments to keep discussions aligned with objectives and outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive follow-up post-briefing, gathering feedback from account teams and customers, and identifying follow-up actions or new opportunities.
Capture and synthesize insights from briefings and customer discussions to inform internal product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Briefing Planning:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive briefings for high-value customers, ensuring each session is tailored to business priorities and aligned to sales objectives.
Guide account teams on briefing strategy, recommended agenda structure, speaker selection, and demo integration to maximize value and impact.
Host intake and engagement strategy calls with account teams to align on briefing objectives, key messages, and customer-specific opportunities.
Recommend the most effective agenda flow and content, ensuring comprehensive coverage of CrowdStrike’s solutions and alignment to the customer’s desired outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze briefing outcomes, post-briefing surveys, and customer feedback to identify trends, gaps, and actionable opportunities for improvement.
Own and manage the Content Governance Process for the EBC with a customer-first mindset—ensuring all materials are current, relevant, and focused on real-world customer challenges and desired business outcomes.
Partner with Product Marketing, the Office of the CTO, and other stakeholders to curate, evolve, and maintain a high-impact content library that supports personalized and strategic executive conversations.
Partner with the Analytics team to define success metrics, build dashboards, and provide visibility into program performance and business impact.
Develop and document best practices that improve the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of briefings.
Provide feedback and coaching to account teams and discussion leaders to elevate content delivery and customer engagement.
Identify and address gaps in briefing content, speaker bench, and supporting materials to ensure the program remains differentiated and valuable.
Continuously evaluate and evolve briefing formats, agendas, and delivery models to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus; people management responsibilities may be included based on candidate experience.
8+ years of combined experience in executive briefings, high-touch customer engagement, hospitality, events, sales enablement, or customer service within a technology or enterprise software environment.
Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills; highly detail-oriented and metrics-driven.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging with C-level executives.
Skilled facilitator with polished executive presence and exemplary presentation capabilities.
Ability to quickly understand customer challenges and articulate how CrowdStrike solutions align to business outcomes.
Experience advising on and developing strategic, outcome-driven agendas for executive audiences.
Highly collaborative, with a strong track record of partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements:
This is an on-site role based at CrowdStrike’s Executive Briefing Center in Sunnyvale, CA.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or customer engagement; project management experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of executive hospitality, catering, and premium customer experience delivery.
Familiarity with sales and partner ecosystems; experience supporting or enabling field and partner teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across various levels of the organization.
Frequent engagement with senior leaders, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams is expected.
Experience with Salesforce, briefing management systems, and analytics platforms is a strong plus.
