We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior management by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications. The role requires organizational skills and discretion.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, emails, and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Organize and respond to emails.
- Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets.
- Make phone calls to U.S. companies (e.g. for refunds or billing).
- Pay bills and track due dates.
- Book travel and purchase gifts online.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel.
- Able to place calls to the U.S.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
