Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a founder. The company is a leader in the business acceleration space, having significantly expanded their global client base and industry influence over the past few years.

Section: Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar with full ownership, implementing a color-coded system and ensuring buffers are maintained between appointments.

  • Act as the primary communication hub, handling all email flow, creating daily digests for decision-making, and serving as a liaison with clients and partners.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including creating detailed itineraries and proactively managing disruptions.

  • Provide business operations support by tracking client progress, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting with legal documentation.

  • Assist with marketing and content operations, including polishing drafts, managing a multi-platform publishing calendar, and tracking engagement analytics.

  • Support financial operations through expense reporting, contract administration, and liaising with bookkeeping services.

  • Conduct strategic research on prospects and industry trends to prepare for high-level meetings.



Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an operations role, directly supporting a founder or C-level executive.

  • A proven background within a service-based business environment such as consulting, coaching, or an agency.

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder coordination across clients, partners, and internal team members.

  • A track record of excellence in a remote work setting with distributed teams.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Professional certifications in project management or operations are advantageous.

  • Must possess a continuous learning mindset with evidence of ongoing skill development.
