Our client is looking for a Full-Time Executive Assistant to support leadership within their Estate Law practice. They operate in the legal services industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering specialized, client-focused estate planning solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow alongside a dedicated legal team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while providing direct support to firm leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the firm’s leadership

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications

  • Draft, format, and organize documents and correspondence

  • Maintain digital files and ensure accurate recordkeeping

  • Assist with task tracking and workflow coordination

  • Support operational and administrative projects as needed

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners

  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)



Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with technology and digital tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or business owners preferred

  • Familiarity with legal environments is a plus but not required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
