Our work spans diverse industries and international markets, requiring a professional with a strong business background, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Assist with contract review, drafting, and filing in coordination with legal counsel
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions
Conduct research and prepare reports to support executive decision-making
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Strong business background
Preferred: Studies in Business Law or related field
Minimum 3 years of legal work experience (law firm or in-house)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
High level of professionalism and discretion
