The Role

As Executive Assistant at Compa, you’ll be a trusted partner to our CEO and a key force behind keeping the executive team organized, focused, and moving quickly. You’ll help turn priorities into action and make sure the right people, information, and resources are connected at the right time. In this role, you’ll have a meaningful impact on how Compa gets work done. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who loves staying one step ahead, solving problems before they become problems, and creating order without adding unnecessary process.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will also support other members of the executive team as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, client management, and other company logistics

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives

  • Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

  • Attend weekly Executive Team meetings to document notes, key decisions, and action items

  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

  • Liaise with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks to manage communication across the company

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level executive or in a comparable role

  • Must be onsite in Irvine, California a minimum of 4 days per week

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Very strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with office productivity tools; experience with Gmail, Slack, and a project management tool such as Notion preferred
