As our Master of Schedules & Journeys, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO and leadership team – keeping calendars aligned, travel seamless, and priorities crystal clear. You’ll play a key role in helping our top leaders stay focused, organized, and ready to drive Overwolf forward.

- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
- Proven expertise coordinating travel – flights, hotels, meeting spaces, and beyond.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for fast learning and independent problem-solving.
- Positive, adaptable team player who brings energy and professionalism to every task.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
