Position Summary:
AGBO is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant, Innovation to support our Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Scientific Officer. The Innovation department is where emerging technologies intersect with storytelling. This role combines high-level administrative support with cross-functional coordination and an eye toward tech-forward workflows. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, future-facing creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume desk including phone calls, emails and visitors for the executives 
  • General administrative duties including: managing calendars, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing departmental meetings and calls.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of executives’ obligations in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs  
  • Assist in managing data related to internal projects, including data entry, analysis, and processing to aid decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between the Innovation Department and other departments within AGBO, as well as with external partners. 
  • Manage preparation for internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are distributed in advance. Take notes during meetings and distribute along with action items as required.
  • Help track and enter various project related Persistent follow up with various departments to ensure that deliverables are met on schedule and any relevant activities are coordinated 
  • Handle sensitive information related to projects and departmental strategies with utmost confidentiality and discretion 
  • Continuously learn about new tools and technologies, and potentially assist in the training and development of departmental staff in these areas


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience handling the demands of a high-volume desk in the entertainment industry 
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheetsfor collaborative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the entertainment industry 
  • Interest in continuous learning, especially in areas related to technology and entertainment 
  • Exposure to or experience in a technology-driven environment preferred, inclusive of VFX.
  • Must possess an eye for detail and be an independent creative problem solver
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and liaise with various departments and external partners
  • Must have a strong work ethic, sense of humor, and an eagerness to learn

The typical base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Actual offers will be determined based on experience.
