Your New Role
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Vice President, Global Publicity.
Your Role Accountabilities

  • Prepare and distribute filmmaker and talent press schedules, daily press breaks, status reports, calendars, quote memos, review memos, and reaction memos.
  • Prepares purchase orders and follows up on payments. Works with the SVP on filing paperwork with finance with regard to budgetary concerns.
  • Maintains various files, records, indexes and logs.
  • Composes and types correspondence, reports, labels etc.
  • Arranges executive calendar and travel, and schedules meetings, independently or as directed.
  • Responds to inquires.
  • Answers, screens, and logs telephone calls.
  • Opens, reviews, distributes, and organizes mail.
  • Makes photocopies of reports, documents, and other materials.
  • Prepares expense reports.
  • Orders supplies.
  • Liaison between SVP office and other Warner Bros entities, agents, managers, publicists, and talent. Acts as such at special events if/when needed.
  • Book all travel for SVP as well as filmmakers and applicable talent. Attend press screenings for assigned films assisting the publicists with RSSVP lists, seating arrangements for press, and other assigned duties.
  • Works at screenings and premieres assisting SVP in duties and at tasks assigned by the event department.
  • Work applicable press junkets, press days, and conventions when needed.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years entertainment public relations experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Education in journalism/communication, film school or film studies preferred

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $65,004.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
