Job Overview

The Executive Assistant I provides high-level administrative and customer service support to the executive team member. Serving as a primary point of contact and liaison, this role manages schedules, coordinates meetings, handles communications, and ensures the efficient daily operations of the executive office. The position requires maintaining strict confidentiality, prioritizing competing tasks and deadlines, and ensuring the timely flow of critical information to and from executive team member.  The Executive Assistant will work closely with the senior leader to support the accomplishment of the organization’s mission and goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • An Associate Arts Degree or a bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred, but equivalent experience can be substituted.

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience as an administrative assistant, including planning and organizing in an administrative office, is required.

  • Experience with senior-level staff preferred or progressively working with higher-level management or staff.

  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses is preferred.

  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems is preferred.

Compensation

$76,902.95 - $96,128.68 annually
